If you’re not happy with the service that we provide, just reach out and email for a refund [email protected].
It’s the fastest way to get your money back. And, we delete your application from our database. So there’s no need to worry about your data. Just send us an email with your name and the word ’refund’ in the header and we’ll get straight onto it.
We refund your service fee payment ($139.99) in 24 hours via our payment provider. Our refund policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t refund you.
Once you have sent us a refund request, do not make a dispute or chargeback, this will only delay the process and you’ll be waiting 14 days to get your money back. Sometimes longer.
When we get your refund request, we send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancelation. We also email you when your refund is processed. We approve your refund within 24 hours. Then, your bank must credit it to your credit card or original method of payment The time scale of this varies between banks.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, contact us by email.
Note: We can’t refund the government fee for your background and security checks ($50). You must contact CBP about this.
What Happens To Your Data?
Your data and all information included in your application are immediately deleted from our database.
A residual copy is kept on one of Google’s encrypted servers for up to 60 days. Only Google has access to this information. If you cancel our service after your application is sent to the govt, we keep your name, email address, and PASSID as proof of our transaction with you. You will not receive any mail from us when you cancel your application.
