You can still use the lanes at the airport even if you have lost your membership card. All you need to do at the kiosks is present the valid passport or permanent resident card that you registered when you applied. Note, you cannot cross by land or sea using the designated lanes if you have lost your membership card.
When you apply for a replacement card, your original membership card will be deactivated and will no longer work.

If you lost, damaged or had your card stolen, you can replace it by following the instructions below. The fee for card replacement is USD $25.00.
Before you complete an application, you need to gather the following documents and information:
Go to the department of homeland security website
Select ‘I’ve already started applying’;
Select ‘Manage my Application’;
Select ‘Consent & Continue’;
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Continue’;
If you have a login.gov account, you can login to your profile account
Under ‘Program Membership’, select ‘Dashboard’ and ‘Edit Profile’. Then go to ‘Replace Card’;
